Forest Bath Ritual Oil

Forest Bathing has gained popularity in recent years but was formed as a concept in the 1980's in Japan as a response to the modern technology driven world. The concept is something we know..being in nature is healing to us all. The practice is to walk or sit in the woods, engage your senses and be present with the forest. This simple act can be extremely healing and is meant to be done regularly. As we know, this is not always possible. For the days when you can't make it to the woods turn to our Forest Bath Ritual Oil and take a few minutes to break free from the stresses of the modern world and reconnect with nature. 

The ritual: Use anytime you need to connect to the forest. Add a few drops to a warm bath, rub a little oil on wrists & temples before meditation, bring with you into the woods before sitting in silence with the trees or simply use anytime you need grounding. Breathe in deeply and picture yourself in the forest. 

Ingredients: Organic cold pressed olive oil infused with  Pinus strobus & a blend of therapy grade essential oils.
